• Headaches

  Pain over left eye (forehead) extends to back of head then whole head may be right sided Pressing sensation in head Thirsty, gulps fluids Wants to lie still, be left alone hurts to move Nausea, constipation Irritable Worse: slightest motion, even moving eyes 9PM cough stooping if constipated before menses Better: pressure lying on painful side cold applications

• Surgery and Post-op Issues

  Significant pain after surgery Any tiny movement is excruciating Provokes nausea May have extreme thirst Helpful after appendicitis Follows Arnica in ortho cases
